We can meet with you face to face or schedule a phone call to discuss your exact staffing requirements. Once we have all the information and key duties that you would like performed by your new Virtual Assistant or Marketing staff, we will get selecting for you right away.

Our Perth based Head office has degree qualified HR Professionals who will be conducting the interviews and shortlists the applicants, ensuring that we find you a perfect Virtual Assistant/Marketing staff, tailored to your individual business needs.

We provide you a shortlist of Premium applicants for you to interview:

We try to make the selection process for you as easy as possible and therefore, our Degree qualified HR Professionals will do the recruiting and shortlisting on your behalf. From there, you will be presented with 3-5 Virtual Assistant Applicants who have been shortlisted for you to review and interview.

The shortlisted applicants have been hand selected, based on your individual requirements.


Once you have interviewed the shortlisted applicants, you will then select the one that you feel is best suited to you and your business. From there, My Global Team will look after all paperwork, payroll, and contracts whilst you focus on freeing up your time with your new VA!

You can choose to have your new virtual assistant work either 4 hours per day (part time) or 7.5 hours per day (full time). The average week is 5 days per week. If at any stage, you no longer choose to use the "My global team" member, we require one months' notice.

Because of the premium nature of our applicants, we only focus on providing staff to companies who would like an ongoing Virtual Assistant (as opposed to short term/contract based). Many of our applicants have been hand selected to meet the requirements of your business and therefore are committed to growing with you and your business.

  • My Global Team will ensure that correct contracts and liabilities are in place

  • Any staffing concerns or issues can be managed by the My Global Team staff through our “Success Managers”
